Job Description:-
Identify, purse and develops new accounts through awareness of the local market
Establish rapport and continuously develop current accounts with key clients
Assist sales representatives with new clients
Manage the process of recruiting and hiring branch sales and service staff
Coach staff in sales and customer service techniques
Provide development and career planning for branch staff
Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings
Audit and monitor the activities of the staff to ensure the branch is providing optimum service levels
Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for branch staff in a timely manner
Give work direction to the entire team including prioritizing activities
Develop and implement branch revenue and expense forecast
Establish a budget and assist with the development of short and long-range growth plan of the branch
Survey clients regarding perception of service
Emphasize quality of service
Identify and pursue opportunities for further growth of existing accounts
Conduct reviews with sales staff on a regular basis to determine on-going effectiveness.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
