Blue Gingko is seeking ALL POSITIONS FOH and Kitchen (dublin)
Blue Gingko is a Japanese Izakaya Restaurant located in the Fallon Gateway in Dublin, CA.
Other operations include Blue Gingko in Lafayette and Blackhawk and Sasa in Walnut Creek.
We are currently seeking experienced bartenders, servers, hostess, line cooks and dishwashers.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is not mandatory but a plus.
We provide all staff with an extensive training program for success.
We are looking for fun, hardworking and friendly associates with past restaurant experience.
Bartenders and servers must have at least two years experience (bartending school not a substitute for experience).
Line Cook candidates must have at least 6 months experience, must be detail oriented, have strong knife skills and must have a proper knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Dishwasher candidates should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a good attitude and willingness to learn, be able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently and repetitively, reliable transportation and experience with prep work is a plus.
Immediate part-time and seasonal positions available.
