We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with a passion for the aesthetic industry to join our spectacular and growing team.
Job Skills/Requirements Duties include but are not limited to:
Check in/check out patients, register and schedule patients, answering incoming calls, etc.
Turn over exam rooms and set up rooms for exams and procedures Responsible for prep work related to consultations, surgeries and in-office procedures including but not limited to patient consents, post-op instructions, registration forms, etc.
Measure patient vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature), height, and weight Assist physicians/nurses/PA-Cs and other providers with exams and procedures Perform billing tasks, patient documentation, and specialized testing such as EKGs Prepare doctor's notes, disability, and FMLA paperwork for MD signature Provide patient education as directed by the doctor or other providers Stock exam rooms and monitor inventory weekly Accept packages and deliveries, distribute and store supplies appropriately
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plastic surgery or dermatology strongly preferred Familiarity with Symplast strongly preferred Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
