As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations in the United States.
Your expertise will contribute to our growth and ensure the success of our mission Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including cash reconciliation, expense budgeting and control, fixed asset management, and depreciation control.
Prepare accounting and comprehensive financial statements following US GAAP, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
Collaborate closely with the global finance team to prepare consolidated financial analysis.
Assist the global finance team in managing financial operations, including cash management and banking functions.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process at the consolidated level.
Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and handle tax filings.
Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in business management, encompassing operations, administration, accounting, and finance.
Experience working in a complex, global environmentProficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements.
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
A team player with a professional attitude.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bilingual finance professional with fluency in Chinese and English (both written and verbal communication skills).
Knowledge of working with a Chinese company is preferable.
