As a Senior Project Manager, you will identify critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence key stakeholders and business process owners in addition to daily activities, issue resolution, and communication across project execution teams. You will be responsible for the overall success of the project and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders. Communicate deliverables to the project team and stakeholders. Coordinate deliverables with all applicable parties. Coordinate project implementation cross-functionally Evaluate and develop alternative solution possibilities. Manage risks and mitigation plans. Coordinate the deployment and communication of deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Evaluate the current business for process improvement opportunities. Facilitate deliverables following company project methodology. Determine contents for the communications plan and manage the plan. Facilitate roles and responsibilities discussions. Facilitate change management discussions. Plan ahead while maintaining focus on current deliverables. Identify critical paths and escalate when the project schedule may be impacted due to late/past due tasks. Deliverables:
