The mailroom clerk will report to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for performing technical support functions in the daily operations of the mailroom.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain mailroom equipment including postage meter, folder/inserter, and copy machines Prepare and scan documents Copy forms and letters Open, sort, and batch incoming mail Send and receive faxes Back up reception, answer and screen incoming calls, greet guests Maintain file room Perform support functions as directed by management
Qualifications:
Minimum two years general office experience.
Computer/data entry experience - R Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel) - R Excellent verbal and communication skills - R Bilingual Spanish - P Ability to work independently - R Respectful phone etiquette - R Routine filing, sorting and alphabetizing skills - R Ability to multitask Job Type:
