Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support (Windows/Mac) including hardware, software, network, and endpoint security tool support - Manage global Service Desk queue and handle ticket escalations - Maintain users, groups, and DLs in AD and Exchange - Handle file and print management - Deploy hardware and software for desktop and laptop - Manage mobile devices (Apple, Android, etc.) - Manage endpoint systems using tools like O365, Intune, and JAMF - Recommend and implement new IT solutions for improving service desk environment - Requirements:
- 5
years of experience in a ServiceDesk - 2 years of experience in troubleshooting Office 365 Productivity Suite, Intune, and JAMF - Bacheloru2019s degree, technical certificate, or equivalent work experience - Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and prior experience with Service Now - Expertise with MS Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems - Excellent technical documentation skills - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Quick learner with exceptional communication skills - Experience in inventory management for all hardware - Preferred
Qualifications:
