Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork - Prepare and transcribe documents using Microsoft Office Suite and DocuSign - Support event planning and coordination efforts - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records -Create Social media Posts Instagram, Facebook, Twitter - Content Creator social media -Create Videos for social media
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
