About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager to join our Marketing team.
What You'll Do Key Accountabilities Assist with defining the marketing strategy and plans based on weekly, monthly, and annual business goals in coordination with promotional plans & merchandising priorities.
Manage the integrated marketing calendar, detailing prescribed marketing activity & content priorities across the marketing channels, including the timely distribution of updates to the corresponding stakeholders.
Leverage data and insights to define target audience, objectives, key messaging priorities, and deliverables for seasonal & event specific briefs.
Collaborate across channel, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure business & campaign objectives and messaging strategies are met.
Work with the analytics and channel leads to monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed.
Assist in post-campaign analysis with channel leads to determine effectiveness and identify opportunities for future programs.
What You'll Bring Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field.
5 years of traditional or digital marketing experience; preferably in retail and/or consumer brand and/or consumer brand.
Experience in developing marketing strategies and achieving objectives.
Proven ability to drive results, including demonstrated success of delivering strong ROAS and ROI on programs/campaigns.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills and is comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business.
Must be an organized and motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, oral, written, and communication skills.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, hybrid work arrangement from the Dublin California office or remote location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
