i.
Serves as subject matter expert and primary instructor for the Field Hospital Triage/EMT Section courses ii.
Serves as the primary instructor for all end user level biomedical equipment training assigned to the Triage/EMT section of a Field Hospital iii.
Serves as assistant instructor for ICU/ICW section modular training iv.
Serves as the primary instructor for OHIT as it pertains to the Triage/EMT Section v.
Serves as a primary instructor on 2D/ 3D computer design software (ex:
AutoDise) as it pertains to DEPMEDS and Triage/EMT Section set-up planning vi.
Serves as a primary instructor for core DEPMEDS courses vii.
Serves as an assistant instructor/trainer for Site Organic Driver's Training courses viii.
Serves as a site faculty and primary instructor for BLS training ix.
Serves as a site faculty primary instructor for ALS and PALS training x.
Works with clinical training manager to develop training scenarios for customer units on Triage/EMT section operations xi.
Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is end user responsible for biomedical equipment assigned to the Triage/EMT Section xii.
Responsible for identifying Class VIII shortage requirements for the Triage/EMT Section of the Field Hospital xiii.
Serves as a subject matter expert to support training of Prolonged Patient/ Field Care, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and other topics related to AHS Roles 1 and 2.
Minimum
Qualifications:
i.
Four years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in charge of Emergency Medical Treatment and Triage team, Battalion Aid Stations, Forward Surgical Teams, Field Clinical Operations or sister service equivalent W81K04-22-R-0002 ii.
Shall possess an appropriate medical certification at time of hiring.
RN, LPN, PA, paramedic, special operations medic or EMT-B with applicable experience iii.
Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure iv.
Shall possess or obtain BLS instructor qualification within 90 days of hire v.
Shall possess or obtain ALS and PALS instructor qualification within 1 year of hire vi.

Summary:
911Tactical Medicine is seeking a Triage/EMT Instructor to successfully manage the Medical Readiness Training Command (MRTC) contractual requirements across three training sites.
This position is an in person position.
This position is an integral part of a fast-paced, innovative RTS-MED program for the US Army Reserve's MRTC, involving the support of individual and collective training events performed within RTS-MED at the Program.
The Triage/EMT Instructor is responsible for the successful execution of all PWS requirements for RTS-MED contract execution, including but not limited to, subordinates in providing quality customized training to units and individuals and effectively communicating across all levels of the organization.
This position will support the Program in execution of operations, coordination, and facilitation of program outcomes.
Primary duties include working at the client and operational levels of a cross-functional team to manage schedule, budget, scope, risk, contract compliance, communications, and personnel.
For Vacations and Holidays:
VACATION:
2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service with a contractor or successor, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years.
Length of service includes the whole span of continuous service with the present contractor or successor wherever employed and with the predecessor contractors in the Paid Federal Holiday leave starts after your one year aniverary on the job.
