Overview:
The Change Management Partner will enable the creation and implementation of stakeholder change strategies and plans that maximize team member adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
This role partners closely with business leaders in ensuring projects (change initiatives) focus on leveraging team member adoption and usage to meet objectives on time and on budget.
The Senior Change Management Partner focuses on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The Change Management Partner accelerates adoption on given changes, enabling greater team member and member utilization of Patelco products and services.
Through an understanding of the company's culture and organization structure, this role collaborates and coaches senior leaders, managers, and project leaders on major transformative projects.
The Change Management Partner improves the change effectiveness across Patelco Credit Union by generating fact-based insights from stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement improvements that enhance the team member, and therefore the member, experience.
The Change Management Partner quantifies the impact a change initiative has on the individuals involved, while simultaneously creating proposed mitigations for the adverse impacts.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze the change, along with understanding key stakeholders and risks.
Conduct a change impact assessment to understand current to future state and the magnitude of change.
Coach and lead a broad range of stakeholders and internal change team to drive organizational alignment.
Develop a comprehensive change strategy that will change behaviors to meet intended business outcomes.
Work with project leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement the change plan (inclusive of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans) to guide leaders and teams to initiate change.
Enable the organization to realize business results through adoption and sustained change by setting and measuring success metrics to monitor the change process.
Analyze research on change management methods and procedures and recommend improvements to Patelco's Organizational Change process - with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
May conduct benchmarking activities to identify best practices.
Create, apply, and continuously optimize the organization's Change Management workflow.
Create and analyze a Change Management scorecard template that includes measurable leading indicators and socialize it with the leaders and other key stakeholders.
Monitor issues within change initiatives and assist in creating a risk mitigation plan to resolve change collision or saturation conflicts.
Apply a strong knowledge base of relevant topics as it relates to the change, including but not limited to team member experience, organizational structure, formal or informal culture, workflows, processes, and problem resolution and recommend improvement opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships with Business Leaders to support their initiatives with better cross-functional collaboration and integration with the Strategic Plan.
Provide training and development of Business and Project Leaders on effective change practices, methods, and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

years change management experience in the financial services industry 7
years operational experience in the financial services industry 5
years business performance reporting experience 6
years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (Agile and/or Kanban, PMP) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory requirements, compliance rules, core systems and internal procedures.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
