As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to meet gross profit, volume standards, and customer satisfaction.
Promptly greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner and determine their vehicle needs and discuss options Negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet the customers lifestyle, budget, and expectations and close the deal Facilitate delivery of vehicle to customer to ensure full understanding of the vehicles operating features, warranty and service requirements Prospect for customers via telephone, email, referrals, friends or personal contacts Build rapport and common ground with customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions Provide exceptional customer experience by following-up to ensure customer satisfaction Attend all sales meetings and training classes as required Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Neat, clean, professional appearance Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Exceptional follow-up skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Valid California driver's license Ability to obtain a sales license Minimum 1-year of car sales experience Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check The Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include monthly Base Salary Compensation of between $5,374.
00 and $10,000.

The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.
00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.
00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
